Can I view the items before buying?

Yes you can. Our warehouse is located in Llandilo NSW.
*Please note our warehouse viewing and pick up is by appointment only you will need to call, email or live chat the team to arrange a time to come and visit.

 

Can I pay cash at pick up?

Yes you can. Cash payments are available for pick up at our warehouse only.
Please email, call or live chat the team to arrange a time for pick up and notify them you would like to pay cash at pick up.

Do we offer payment plans?

How long does it take to process and dispatch an online order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 5 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location. For smaller items, we use various couriers such as Sendle, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, TNT, Allied Express, and Aramex Australia and New Zealand. Delivery times will depend on when the item is picked up from our location and your postcode.


Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, you can skip the shipping fees by selecting the option for local pickup at checkout. Our warehouse is located in Llandilo, NSW 2747. After placing your order, we will prepare it, and you will be contacted via email when your item is ready for pick up. Please note that warehouse pickup and product viewing are by appointment only.


How long do I have to return an item?

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us at team@gymequipmenthq.com.au. Provide us with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.


What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive an item with any damage, please inspect it upon unboxing and contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either replace or repair the item, depending on the extent of the damage.


What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping of the wrong item, and the correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
