Shipping policy

 

We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as possible. 
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the order confirmation.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number which you can use to access an ETA for your order.


CAN WE DELIVER TO A PO BOX, PARCEL LOCKER, or LOCKED BOX?

Our shipping software Shippit cannot process orders being sent to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or Locked box. Though we are still able to send your order!
To make sure you get the most accurate live shipping quote,
put the shop number street address suburb and postcode when checking out then add the parcel locker number in the notes section.
If any issues still arise please reach out on our live chat feature and we will be able to assist you manually at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on our courier and the location for delivery.

For smaller items we use the following couriers: Sendle, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, TNT, Allied Express, Aramex Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery times through our couriers will depend on when the item is picked up from our location and your postcode. Please note our delivery services are a door to door service with no signature required. Please contact us if you prefer for your small item to not be left unattended at your delivery address.

For all larger items within 70km from Penrith NSW - deliveries will be made by Gym Equipment HQ. One of our friendly staff members will contact you to arrange a time for the delivery to be made.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Delivery fee’s will depend on your location and the weight of the order. Once you have added your products to the cart and entered your delivery details the delivery cost options will be calculated through our courier companies. 


WAREHOUSE PICKUP

You can always skip the shipping fees with FREE local pickup from our warehouse in Llandilo, NSW 2747. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and you will be contacted via email when your item is ready for pick up.
*Please note: our warehouse pickup and product viewing is by appointment only.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number & the name of our courier, you can use this information to check its status of your order in transit. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available through the courier company. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Alternatively If you have any queries regarding the delivery time, you can contact the freight company directly.
