Gym Equipment Hq holds a high product quality standard and are commitment to our customer service. If you are having any trouble please contact our customer service team who are always ready to assist you. In order for us to best assist you, we may ask for clear photograph of the damaged part and in some cases the part may need to be returned to our warehouse for assessment.
Any items damaged by natural elements are NOT covered under warranty.
Example; prolong sun damage, water damage, general wear and tear.
To increase the longevity of your equipment we recommend wiping down all surfaces to remove any dust and sweat residue. Failure to properly take care of your equipment will result in a voided warranty.
